BASICS

Additional characters in a commission are +100% of base price!A basic queue / to do list can be checked on my Trello account at all times!
Turn around time can take between 1 week to 3 months to complete the commission based on current work list and real life factors.
Large scale pieces with multiple characters may require a slightly longer time frame, but updates will be consistent. Feel free however to send me messages inquiring progress, even if there is none or very little I will always answer back with the status update!If a deadline is set in place, my ability to deliver the final product is affected.Consider preparing room If there's a deadline!No physical written description of your character(s).
I will require a clear picture(s) / reference(s) of your character(s) Please keep them CLEAR and as SINGULAR as possible to facilitate workflow and prevent misconceptions of your characters and information being scattered and lost. CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

I reserve the right to cancel a service for any reason.
You may request a cancelation, but It may not be granted on a case-by-case basis.
If you'd like to cancel your commission, please contact me.
Any commission cancelled by me is garanteed a full refund.
Any commission cancelled after I have began working does not qualify for a full refund. Any refund given will be sent via PayPal invoice.Full refunds are given If either:
- The agreed T.A.T. has expired and i haven't started your commission.
- I am unable to start your commission within the agreed T.A.T.Partial refunds are given If either:
- I have started your commission but I am unable to complete your commission for any given reason.
- I have started your commission and you've requested a refund. The refund will be equal to the work i've put into the commission.Reasons I may cancel a commission:
- Personal
- Inability to complete work
- Technical difficultiesReasons you may cause a cancellation:
- Rude behavior
- Harrassment / Pressuring / Spam within the T.A.T.
- Scam / Bewares
- TOS breaches

PAYMENT

If you use another currency, please make sure the currency is set to
EUROS € before paying me.Payment will be made using PayPal invoices from my end to your PayPal address. Make sure to uncheck your delivery address as it won't be needed for digital services.Payment will always be done prior to the start of the commission. If your place in queue is not immediate, you can choose to hold payment until i notify you of a starting point.

WIPS / CHANGES / CUSTOMER SERVICE

You can ask for a sketch/pose suggestion to be redone before it has been approved to be cleaned and detailed.
Customers will not retain rights to the original sketch which is being replaced.
Some edits can require additional funds.Your reference image(s) MUST be clear. If any aspect of the character is unclear, and a mistake is made because your reference is not clear, you are not entitled to free edits. Flat color, full body, multi-view reference sheets are preferred. Whatever works even with a rushed colored doodle.Reasons that edits may be denied:
- You are requesting edits after the sketch has been fully approved.
- You are requesting aesthetic changes that are not within my artistic style.
- Alterations are not included on reference image.
- Absence of communication/miscommunication regarding character design changes during our contract period won't be free of charge.

IMAGE DELIVERY & RIGHTS

You will receive a full sized, 300dpi, flat PNG file, sent via the
digital delivery method of your choice.
per your @e-mail / deviantart sta.sh / Discord or per any available messaging platformIf you have a specific size requirement, it must be noted before sketching is being refined.- I will not remove, or move my watermark or signature from the completed image.
- I will not send the original SAI or PSD file.
- You have full rights to your commissioned work for personal use only.
- I retain the rights to use my artwork for advertising.You may:
- Add an additional watermark for theft protection
- Print it as a poster for your wall
- Put it on a shirt for yourself
- Use it on your phone or PC
- Re-post to other sites, as long as credit or link back to ‘ANCHI’ or any of my social medias is included.You may not:
- Trace or edit the image in any way
- Remove my signature or watermark
- Print it for any commercial use, profit, or sales. Including charity, advertising, or non profit use.Clients are not permitted - under any circumstances - to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens. Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited. Use of my art to be put into Artificial Intelligence is strictly prohibited.
